Kenneth J. Learn, BSc (Hons.), LLB and Gordon W. Zenk, BA LLB have over 60 years of combined experience as personal injury civil litigators serving the Metro Vancouver Region. They have been working together for over 25 years.

Kenneth was called to the Bar in B.C. in 1974 and his early career included working with one of the large downtown Vancouver law firms, then a period working in British Columbia's northern and interior regions, before returning to the lower mainland's Metro Vancouver Region. His practice history has included a great deal of family law and personal injury law.
Gordon W. Zenk
Gordon was called to the Bar in B.C. in 1988 and while he practiced in Burnaby for over 20 years, he also served clients throughout the lower mainland. Since moving his practice to Port Moody in 2010 he is better able to serve the residents of the Tri-Cities of Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam and Port Moody (PoCoMo) as well as those living in other parts of the lower mainland. Motor Vehicle Accident Claims are the largest part of his practice although he also assists people with Family Law Claims and Criminal matters. Gordon is actively involved in the community through his membership in the Port Moody Old Timers Hockey Association and contributes to local charities, such as the Crossroads Hospice, the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation, and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. He can also be found participating in various local events.
Above all else, Vic is a dedicated advocate providing legal and client services to the highest standard. Having been raised in Port Coquitlam, Vic is privileged to establish his practice in the Tri-Cities as the newest member of the Learn Zenk team. Since being called to the bar, Vic has solely practiced as a litigator regularly advocating for clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. He has gained extensive court experience conducting numerous hearings as well as successfully leading a Provincial Court trial. Vic currently focuses his practice on ICBC defence, personal injury, and family law and maintains his interest in collections/creditor remedies and estate litigation. In his spare time, Vic enjoys keeping active, volunteering in the community, and avidly supporting his Vancouver Canucks, L.A. Lakers, and his alma mater Terry Fox Secondary Ravens.
Lianne joined Learn Zenk in 2014, after articling with a sole-practitioner in Victoria, BC. Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Lianne earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from the University of Manitoba in 2009 and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2012. She was called to the Bar in B.C. in 2013. Her practice focuses primarily on Motor Vehicle Accident claims. When she is not in the office, she enjoys rock climbing, running, and traveling.
Brandon joined Learn Zenk in March 2016, after articling with a general practice law firm in Surrey and working as an associate lawyer with a boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm in Vancouver. Brandon earned Bachelor of Arts (in 2004) and Master of Arts (in 2009) degrees from Simon Fraser University and received his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2013. Brandon grew up in the Tri-Cities and is excited to be able to assist individuals in not only his home town but throughout the Lower Mainland. His practice focuses primarily on Motor Vehicle Accident claims and Brandon has extensive personal injury experience with which to draw upon. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with his two children.
Laura joined Lean Zenk in 2013 after completing her articles at Pryke Lambert Leathley Russell in Richmond, BC. Laura completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria in 2006 at which time she took time off to travel and work abroad. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2011 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2012. Her practice areas focus predominantly on Motor Vehicle Accident claims. Outside of the office, Laura is a busy mother of 2 and enjoys hiking, traveling and snowboarding.
