Kenneth J. Learn, BSc (Hons.), LLB and Gordon W. Zenk, BA LLB have over 55 years of combined experience as personal injury civil litigators serving the Metro Vancouver Region.  They have been working together for over 19 years. 

Kenneth J. Learn, was called to the Bar in B.C. in 1974 and his early career included working with one of the large downtown Vancouver law firms, then a period working in British Columbia's northern and interior regions, before returning to the lower mainland's Metro Vancouver Region.  His practice history has included a great deal of family law and personal injury law.

Gordon W. Zenk was called to the Bar in B.C. in 1988 and while based in offices in Burnaby for over 20 years, he also has a growing clientele in the lower mainland's "Tri-Cities" of Port Moody, Coquitlam and Port Moody [also known as "PoCoMo"] as well as Surrey.

Ms. Shelina P. Shariff, BSc. JD., Associate lawyer, received her initial training in Texas, U.S.A. and practiced as an Attorney-at-law in Texas, in the area of personal injury law as well as general civil litigation, for some years before coming to Canada where she is now qualified as a B.C. Barrister and Solicitor.

Ms. Shariff's fluency in Urdu & Hindi ( व्यक्तिगत चोट वकील ) together with her familiarity with Gujarati, Punjabi and Spanish and Mr. Zenk's fluency in the German language gives this firm an ability to serve more of the culturally diverse population of Metro Vancouver.
